How to gain L3 Wings

So I'll tell you here how to earn your level 3 Wings =)
First you need to know where is the exchange center.It's located in the south of Loa Castle map!
You go through the portal and BAM you teleport in it Smile

Next step.You must have 100 Feathers of Infernus and 1 Soul which can be gained from events!
Final step.You get them ,put em and have fun plaing Fantasy-Dekaron! Wink

1 Question about the wing how can we get them and how much Wings does exist In-Game?

to get the L3wings u need 100 feathers of inferno or something like that..
There are 3 level of wings
I - the 102 ones
II - Not sure but i think they were the 130 ones
III-The 160 ones but i think ill edit em to 250 or 200 not sure abouth it Smile
